How long does it take to process my order?

Orders typically take up to 3 business days to be processed. After processing, clothing items may take 4–5 business days to be made or prepared before shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can track your package.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

No. All sales are final. CasaPlugz does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

Once a package has been shipped and tracking has been provided, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. CasaPlugz is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. If you experience an issue, you will need to contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. CasaPlugz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
