Thank you for shopping with CasaPlugz. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered.

Order Processing

All orders placed with CasaPlugz require a processing period before shipment.

  • Order processing time: Up to 3 business days to process your order.

  • Production time: Clothing items may take 4–5 business days to be made or prepared.

  • Orders are only processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has finished processing and production, it will be shipped.

Shipping Time

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is:

  • 7–14 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

CasaPlugz is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Delayed shipments

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Damage caused during shipping

If you experience any of these issues, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or investigation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. CasaPlugz is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
