CasaPlugz — Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with CasaPlugz. Please read our policy below — by placing an order you agree to these terms.

All sales final

All sales at CasaPlugz are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for purchased items except as described below. Please choose carefully before completing your order.

Shipping and responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, the package is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. CasaPlugz is not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. If the carrier marks a package as delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact the carrier first to open a missing-delivery investigation.

Damaged or incorrect items — how we handle claims

While we do not provide refunds or returns, we want customers to receive what they ordered. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery at casaplugz1@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number and tracking number

  • Photos clearly showing the damage or the incorrect item (close-ups and full-item shots)

  • A short description of the issue

After we receive your email with the required information we will review the claim and, where appropriate, assist you with filing a shipping carrier claim. Any remedy (for example, a replacement, store credit, or other resolution) is provided at CasaPlugz’s sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

Missing packages / carrier errors

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and any safe places the carrier may have left the package.

  2. Contact the carrier to open an investigation.

  3. If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, email us at casaplugz1@gmail.com with your order and tracking numbers and a summary of the carrier’s response; we will assist with next steps where possible.
