Order Processing

All orders placed with CasaPlugz go through a processing period before shipment.

  • Processing time: Up to 3 business days

  • Production time: 4–5 business days to prepare or create your item

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is:

  • 7–14 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and seasonal demand.

Tracking Your Order

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

CasaPlugz is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Lost packages

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Damage caused during shipping

If any of these issues occur, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information during checkout. CasaPlugz is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
